If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any order placed through your account will be considered valid and processed accordingly.

➢ Operations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel services at any time. Confirmed orders will either be fulfilled or refunded in full. We may also refuse service at our discretion.

➢ Products & Liability

All products are quality-checked before dispatch. However, damages caused during transit or delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, unforeseen events) are not our responsibility.

➢ Intellectual Property

All content on www.stellarsoul.in (including designs, text, images, and graphics) is owned by Stellar Soul and protected under copyright laws. Copying, reproducing, or using it without permission is prohibited.

➢ Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please email stellarsoul2024@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability. Requests beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.

➢ Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the shipment is returned due to non-collection, it can be re-shipped on request with an additional charge of ₹250. COD re-shipments will only be processed after advance online payment of the order value plus shipping charges.
