At Stellar Soul, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered • Damaged product received • Missing items in the package • Manufacturing defect
2. Refund Request Timeline
Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:
• Order ID • Unboxing video • Product photos clearly showing the issue
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable for:
• Minor color variations due to photography/light effects • Change of mind after order confirmation • Used or damaged products after delivery • Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts by customer
4. Refund Process
Once the issue is verified:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days• Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
2. Cancellation after Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated fake or rejected orders may lead to restriction of COD facility for future purchases.
Return Policy
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products. • Product must be unused and in original packaging. • Return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team after approval. • We offer a 3 days return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
