• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day.• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.• In case of any delays, we will inform you promptly regarding expected delivery timelines.

• After dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking URL and AWB number.• You can use this link to live track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep. 

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2–3 business days from dispatch.• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch.• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues may occur. Please track your order using the details sent to your registered email ID.

Important:

• A valid 10-digit mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery.• Failure to provide or receive OTP may result in non-delivery and the package returning to our warehouse.• Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping returned packages.
