Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Stellar Soul, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time across India.

1. Order Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • In case of any delays, we will inform you promptly regarding expected delivery timelines.

2. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking URL and AWB number.
  • You can use this link to live track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 business days from dispatch.
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues may occur. Please track your order using the details sent to your registered email ID.

Important:

  • A valid 10-digit mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery.
  • Failure to provide or receive OTP may result in non-delivery and the package returning to our warehouse.
  • Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping returned packages.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders above ₹500
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: ₹125 per order as handling/shipping charges.
